At Zyslo, customer satisfaction is important to us. This Return & Refund Policy explains the conditions under which returns, replacements, and refunds may be requested for products purchased through Zyslo.com.
Customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order, provided that:
* The product is unused and in its original condition.
* All original packaging, accessories, manuals, and security seals remain intact.
* Proof of purchase is provided.
Products returned without original packaging or showing signs of use may not be eligible for a refund.
For security and fraud prevention reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return:
* Opened or tampered hardware wallet devices.
* Products with broken security seals.
* Customized or special-order products.
* Gift cards or promotional items.
* Products damaged due to misuse, negligence, or unauthorized modifications.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide:
* Order number
* Description of the issue
* Photos of the product and packaging
Eligible claims may qualify for a replacement, repair, or refund at Zyslo’s discretion.
Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days and returned to the original payment method used during purchase.
Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution or payment provider.
Shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless:
* The wrong item was shipped.
* The product arrived damaged.
* The item is confirmed defective upon inspection.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible and the standard return process will apply.
Customers are encouraged to contact Zyslo Support before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback.
Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may result in account restrictions and additional review procedures.

We do not sell, exchange, broker, trade, store, or manage cryptocurrencies. Refunds apply only to products purchased from Zyslo and do not apply to cryptocurrency transactions, digital assets, market losses, or blockchain-related activities.
