2. Does Zyslo sell cryptocurrency?

4. Does Zyslo have access to my cryptocurrency?

No. Zyslo never has access to your cryptocurrency, private keys, passwords, PINs, or recovery phrases.

5. Can Zyslo recover my recovery phrase?

No. Recovery phrases are generated and controlled by the user. Zyslo cannot view, recover, reset, or restore recovery phrases.

6. What happens if I lose my hardware wallet?

If you have securely backed up your recovery phrase, you can restore access to your wallet using a compatible replacement device.

7. Does Zyslo store customer funds?

No. Zyslo does not hold, control, or manage customer funds or digital assets.

8. How long does shipping take?

Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping method. Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
